Yes, the organisers launched a “call for abstracts”.  Your abstract will be reviewed by a scientific committee that leads to a poster (poster gallery) or a combination of a poster (poster gallery) & an oral presentation in one of the sessions of the tracks, open for participation and interaction on the “call for abstracts” procedure.

The deadline to submit your abstract is 31 July 2015

The registration page will be available as from 22 June 2015.

The conference starts at 9:00 am on Monday 19 October.  On-site conference check-in registration commences around 7:30 am.  Coffee and breakfast will be served from 8:00 am to 9:00 am.  The conference ends on Tuesday 20 October at 6:00 pm with a plenary closing session and a farewell drink.

BSDS 2015 takes place at the Royal Academy of Belgium for Science and the Arts – Hertogsstraat 1 – 1000 Brussels. This neoclassical palace, built between 1823 and 1828, is situated near the Royal Palace of Belgium.  It was built for Prince William of Orange in recognition of his brilliant action on the field at Waterloo.

The Royal Academy is both from the Avenue des Arts/Regent Avenue (small Ring) as from the Hertogsstraat accessible.

The first draft of the conference programme will be available early June. The BSDS-website will be updated continuously.

If your company or organisation would be interested to organise a special session connected or related to the subjects that will be discussed during the conference, then please contact the BSDS 2015 conference team. This special session must be accessible to all other conference participants.
